Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges only on bras, body shapers, and leggings. Requests must be raised within 1 to 3 days of receiving the product.

Due to hygiene reasons, panties are non returnable, non refundable, and non exchangeable under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item shipped.
